Yoga asana (poses) and pranayama (breath) can be a significant support to our mental well being and a complement to therapeutic work. We can work together to identify issues or goals you would like to address through yoga, resulting in customized yoga sequences in a 30 or 60 minute class format. Issues that can be targeted include anxiety, depression, confidence, connection, disordered eating and negative body image.

One 60 min class = $150
